Pros:
Clean, quiet, residents, location, great Super and porter
Cons:
Water pressure, terrible parking, terrible bathrooms/toilets, Coop instead of Condo, only 1 option of internet provider, cheap low quality windows, garbage chute hasn’t worked in over 1 year, cheap outdated appliances, poor cheap plumbing repairs
