Non cooperative landlord

Pros

Convenience to grocery stores, 24 hrs. Deli, hospital, bus & train transportations and close to exit. Plenty of windows in the house.

Cons

Property is very old and filled with roaches and rodents. Landlord is very cheap to have the facility pest controlled. Kitchen is improperly designed, no exhaust, old cabinets filled with roaches. Absolutely horrible parking situation on street. Landlord doesn’t provide driveway even though it’s empty. No fence, packages can be easily stolen.

Advice to the owners

Must include driveway to park, keep the facility clean, build fence front of the house, have pest control done every year, do a good job with painting inside, water leaking issues from 1st floor, provide tenant with their own electricity bill, turn on heat during winter/whenever cold on time.
