Ok, All qualities are below average
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent Superintendents and management, but things could be a lot cleaner around the building.
Cons:
Horrible garbage management is due to neighbors not throwing trash down the chute.
Advice to owner:
Put proper signs on garbage chute so we don't attract pests
