Bed bug infestation and mice infestation,basement closes at 7 PM which is too early, music is blasted early in the morning, my mom had foot surgery but the elevator was not working so two ppl had to take her up 5 flights of stairs, music blasts every morning and parties every weekend, heat is barely on during the winter season
Advice to the owners
Stop hiking the rent at an outrageous price by forcing your tenants to one year leases instead of two year leases. Stop forcing your tenants out of one apartment and into another small one just so you can fatten your wallet.
