DISGUSTING horrendous nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
NOTHING , location perhaps close to train and some shopping
Cons:
Everything, pest infestation From rats to roaches and disgusting conditions
It’s horrible building dirty walls lobby While building smells like urine and feces
Advice to owner:
You have got a real problem here, from the moment you enter. The building is unsafe- dirty and just an utter disgust. I can’t wait to move out- worst decision of my life.

Do not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
I grew up in the building and a lot of my neighbors from my childhood are still there. I do feel a sense of community and we all say hello and respect each other.
Cons:
I grew up in this building and I’m happy I got out. Badly infested with roaches and mice, the building itself is not very well maintained (paint peeling, floor cracking, filthy stairwell which now homeless folk have managed to get in and pee everywhere) I witnessed drug dealing, prostitution and more as a 7 year old kid which is messed up and it really hasn’t gotten better since then. Management clearly does not give af. Also packages are always stolen so you have to stay on top of your tracking number or get it delivered somewhere else.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a doorman or some type of security as well as more building maintenance and repairs. Stop making tenants pay astronomical rent for shitty living conditions.
