Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are good people.
Rent is affordable.
Cons:
Super is sick. Cannot fix things if they break.
Your landlord is most like an individual instead of a corporation. Responsiveness to issues will differ.
Advice to owner:
Hire more people to help our current super. He can't do this alone. He's getting old.
