it can't get worse I guess?

Pros:
-convenient location to subway -fairly stable rent increases
Cons:
-incredibly old and not maintained well unfortunately -garbage shoot was not big enough so closets were always overflowing with garbage -paper thin walls - any activity your neighbor above or next to you did in the middle of the night could keep you up -everything keeps breaking, so be prepared to deal
