The Manager Is A JERK!
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Spacious apartments -The Super is very diligent in making any necessary repairs -The ladies at the management office are very nice
Cons:
-The manager Bruce has a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! When I emailed him regarding some concerns, he always responds with some half ass excuse and writes back in all caps, which I don't know if he's aware, but that indicates yelling!
-The porters need to do a better job at maintaining the hallways clean on all floors, not just the lobby. The also should be cleaning the machines in the laundry room. And cleaning the front of the building.
-They have such high standards to move in but they dont have high standards when it comes to maintaining the building
Advice to owner:
The main advice is to tell Bruce to stop being a JERK!
Also, change the front doors and add better security measures because of packages being stolen.
