Not a very good place to live!!!

The building is in a very convenient area in Jamaica Queens!!!
Cons:
Hard to get maintenance work done in my apartment

Care more about your Tenants!!!

toilet needs to be replaced ceiling in bathroom came down twice in 3 yrs

do right by your tenants and put in ramps to allow wheelchairs and Walkers to access the building without being burdened by stairs
