Has potential but no one wants to work

Pros:
I love the location Close to many stores Transportation Semi safe neighborhood
Cons:
The cleanliness is not the best. The neighbors aren’t aware of what is appropriate tenant behavior No daily cleaning of hallways or elevator
Advice to owner:
Clean !!! Find help who wants his or her job Who will clean the hallway
