Irresponsible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Owner never visits.
Cons:
Leaked roofs
Clogged sinks and won’t send plumbers if you don’t bother him/her.
Heat is controlled by neighbors so they turn it on when they need it.
Don’t have enough cold or hot water. Bathroom does not have a shower.
TOO many rats, roaches and bed bugs.
Gotta move out as soon as you steeped in.
Advice to owner:
Fix everything and ask the renters if they need any help or should you think they need any.

One of the worst houses
Former Tenant
Pros:
The mosque and schools are nearby
Cons:
The house is all broken, the landlord said he was renovating the house but after moving in we see that everything is broken and he didn’t renovate anything. The house is full of bedbugs and rats. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars to get rid of the rats but it’s just too many. There’s no shower in the bathroom, we had to buy a bucket and a mug to take a shower. The landlord kept the security deposit by force saying that it’s for renovating the house when we leave.
Also the windows are broken. And there’s no light in front of the house or the porch. If it rains be ready to see some rain water in your bed, and
in front of the entry door for both floors.
Advice to owner:
Please be a little responsible and have some respect for your tenants. Get rid of the rats and bedbugs. And please tell your relatives who live on the first floor to stop being so nosy in others business.

Renovate the house for real this time. How could people live without the shower? And broken sink?
