Complicated behavior of landlord’s family members
Pros
It is little bit stable place cause there has one dead end. Not much cars are coming.
Cons
The land lord takes a lot of time to fix the problem. Water licking from 2nd floor to first floor. Sometimes he will message tenants with weird request. He will pressurize you for advance rent (if you can’t afford, different attitudes will be shown) Lacking’s of professionalism.
Advice to the owners
Be nice and don’t become greedy for money. Otherwise everyone will leave you.
