Terrible manage and huge sewer drain issue.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors in the building.
Cons:
Superintendent doesn’t car about anything. Constantly blames everyone but himself. If you don’t mind showering and sewer water comes up from your bathtub drain then you’ll enjoy your showers. Just your typical feces and urine coming up from the pipes nothing special. The last superintendent moved on. I wonder why.
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants more. Their the reason you have a job and afford to put food on your table. Unfortunately, I won’t be paying this next month.
