Convienient area with transportation and food close by

Pros:
This building is clean, quiet, and cozy, in a safe neighborhood. No issues with rodents at all, and I love calling this place home (even tho my wife is ready to move lol).
Cons:
There is indeed a thief that lives here tho. Make sure you get notifications for all of your deliveries because if not, you can say goodnight to whatever package you have coming. Happened to my wife and I a few times, as well as many other tenants that live here. Management just post signs that they arent responsible and seem to not care much that someone is stealing people's packages, even thought the building is riddled with cameras.
Advice to owner:
At least attempt to try and figure out who the building's thief is. Other than that, its a great place to live.
