DO NOT rent or buy this house!
Pros
Garage parking and quiet neighborhood
Cons
The house is a pretty shell, clean on the outside but rotten and poorly maintained inside. The landlord rarely replaces old appliances, does not maintain the sewer or drainage pipes. Water pressure is bad. The house has been rented so many times that with each rental, nothing is changed or improved. The owners would cut corners just to make a buck and not reinvest back into the house. Same dingy carpet and kitchen appliances from when the house was first built.
Advice to the owners
You’re so cheap, spend more money on the house, cheap owner, and maintainers.
