Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is usually very quiete and safe , there is few bus stops away that you can walk too
Cons:
Landlord rarely takes care of the problems , nothing gets fixed till weeks later , tenant from downstairs in the barber shop gives it an off vibe , has weird cars parked around there , there always leaks in the roof
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive , fix all the issues in the roof and our security cameras
