Lovely home owners

Pros:
The owners are amazing.
Cons:
The people who occupy the house are unstable. All were M.I,C.A and in a subleasing, housing program . You had to listen to their meltdowns and tantrums a lot . The neighbors had to call the cops for harassment , my living in the house I had to hear all of it . The neighbor downstairs broke into the basement of the owner and stole his things . That same neighbor had swat come and arrest them for stealing from other places as well, turned out her charges were felonious. That house was mostly noisy . The walls are thin and you hear full conversations as though your in the same unit or room . You smell EVERYTHING through those walls too . HUGE centipedes ! The owner did get rid of the roaches from the prior tenants .
Advice to owner:
Rent to people you can do mental health background checks on, the rest of us don’t deserve the unrest they bring . I’m in no way bashing them but we all don’t suffer from the same issues and we shouldn’t have to suffer because of those that do .
