Pros:
The brick wall in the living room
Cons:
Roaches and mice, the landlords are slum lords, the water is always leaking from the ceiling property is hazardous
Advice to owner:
This building needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Not enough space is the same size as a one bedroom
