Nosy basement, crazy tenants and a LANDLORD who refuse to give back security dep

Pros:
Nothing good about this house.
Cons:
No, heat, did not get my security deposit back, noisy basement with 3 tenants 1 tenant is crazy.
Advice to owner:
Give tenants their security deposit back, stop asking for cash and give rent receipts or tenants must be allowed to give money orders instead of Cash.
