Pros:
I like the fact that maintenance keeps the building clean but at night and on weekends people come in and mess up the lobby and the staircases. When the next morning comes maintenance cleans it once again and complains to the main office
Cons:
People in this building are loud and nasty and they steal packages from you
Advice to owner:
Get it together or lose alot of tenants
