WORST PLACE TO LIVE WITH KIDS, PETS, OR BOTH!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a place to stay temporarily for families. A ok place for Roommates or Friends who would be getting their first apartment.
Cons:
Dirty, apartment is falling apart and making living hard, no good hot water, poor heating in the winter (heat comes on strong but goes out quickly followed by long wait times without heat and oftentimes hot water, water is contaminated (run water for 20-30 mins before you can drink water or just buy bottle water or filter), pest problems with big gaps of pest control intervention, floors are unbalanced, no ventilation in the bathroom, dangerous and hazardous fire escape, old cabinets and counters, poor refrigerator placed in apartments, a lot of potential hazardous apartment issues (ex. Lead, Black Mold, Mold, Water Damage, etc)..... I could go on but I would be typing all day.
Advice to owner:
TEAR DOWN THE WHOLE BUILDING AND START FRESH
