The owner is horrible . Very disrespectful. Physically/verbally abusive Has very little LEGAL knowledge of how to have tenants, unresponsive or slow to respond barges in the apartment unannounced. Turns the heat down in the winter if he is not home leaving apartment freezing cold, little to no hot water as well as pressure( the reason he says is he has to pay for it). There are pests Mice and some little bugs you cannot see sometimes, the apartment was either never fully completed on time, or the job was just very sub par and half done( giving the appearance of a great job but a closer look its not what it seems) things have broken off torn apart the owners just blames it on tenants. The oven has no gas.
Advice to the owners
Sell the home
