Landlord is never attentive, also noise is always a problem here
One year ago their was a raccoon infestation and they tore through all the insulation in the walls, not sure how much damage was actually done but now its very cold in the winter, you can hear every conversation, if someone has kids you’ll hear everything. Ever since then a lot of pests have been popping up, big roaches/water bugs, 2/3 mice, and in the summertime the ants were out of control. They were coming out the walls, any little cracks on the floor, any small hole in kitchen cabinets/counters, the kitchen sink, the drain in the bathroom. The boiler is leaking according to national grid, it gives a problem every winter, pipes always freeze. Bathroom roofs are moldy, their isn’t any proper ventilation, most of the stuff in that house was built very cheaply and isn’t leveled properly. Landlord never really fixes anything they send someone to the house to take pictures tell you “we’re coming right back” and never do. He also doesn’t do yearly inspections so if something is broken he won’t know until you tell him. Won’t replace broken appliances either will just tell you “replace it will reimburse you” so yea. Theirs alot more to it but i’ll just leave it at this cause its really sad.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive and actually fix things .
