DO NOT RENT FROM HER
Pros
Absolutely NOTHING is positive about this space.
Cons
-the landlord is a cheapskate -will harass you and lie continuously -her kids have no home training -the apartment is not level -issue with bugs come summer time -no ventilation in the apartment -front room has flooding issue when it rains heavily water seeps up from under the house -her family lives upstairs & there’s no noise barrier so it sounds like elephants running through the house when they’re going down the stairs
Advice to the owners
Don’t rent property when you don’t know the full extent of tenants rights.
