If you looking to rent, look elsewhere

Pros:
Current super is friendly. He always willing to help as much as he can. He’ll communicate with you
Cons:
Landlord is EXTREMELY unreliable. They don’t care to fix anything and don’t answer the phone, but quick to call when they didn’t receive your check. Only time you get something done is when you take them to court and threaten them to not pay rent.
Advice to owner:
Have some respect & courtesy for tenants who pay high rent every month
