Disgusting place to live.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all.
Cons:
Owner and super are unresponsive at all times. Don’t bring visitors over or you will be embarrassed. They have an infestation of water bugs and roaches. There are always people hanging out in front of the building or in the lobby. They will even enter the elevator with you while smoking a cigarette. Saw a man once sleeping on the hallway floor. Forget about getting anything fixed. The super hates to do anything. Thankful to be moving ASAP. This is not a place for human beings to live.
Advice to owner:
Be present, take care of your property and the people in it. Hire people with common sense. Make sure your tenants are treated fairly. It’s a income based building. Not everyone here is unemployed. Some of us pay big bucks to be here. It would be nice if I could invite over company without the embarrassment.
