Original design of the townhome affords generous natural light all seasons of the year.

Cons

Sanitation issue with roaches, kitchen and bathroom sink frequently backed up and shower tub not working. Unresponsive owner who shifts blame for maintenance issues to tenants rather than take responsibility himself. Owner is often financially insolvent and will verbally shake down tenants or physically threaten them for money.
