Nasty and dirty and hoarder's
Former Tenant
Pros:
Their is nothing positive about this house. Its keep dirty and stinks
Cons:
There are rodents, ants, spiders, racoons. Its dirty inside and outside. In front of the balcony there is barrels with old food and clothes all over the place. The apts are messed up and the landlord don't do nothing and h p d don't enforce it. With 134 violation that should say something.in the winter the heat be shut off and when it's windy the house moves. windows have gaps that the cold comes in.this place should be close down.
Advice to owner:
You don't do nothing ever. You should sell the house or don't rent the apts. Your no good for a landlords
