Don’t risk it . Unsafe conditions !
Former Tenant
Pros:
The residential neighborhood
Cons:
This building was the worst building i’ve ever lived in. Landlord collects your money and never does repairs. The garbage sits in the shoot for days creating roaches and rodents. The landlord is so Desperate for money she has sex offenders living in that building. so please be careful . Oh yeah. since i’ve lived in that building i haven’t seen the landlord once that goes to show how much they care about this building . DISGUSTING !!!!
