Slums of the beach
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to beach. That’s it!!!
Cons:
Worst super in the history of supers. He thinks he works nights. Does not care about the building or tenants. Building management should ashamed to own this building. The lack of maintenance is astonishing. Building is slowly falling apart and management could care less. Property not safe for family’s with children!!!!
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone that cares about people and a healthy living environment.
