Decent building, depends on the landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff are pleasant and there’s in unit laundry.
Cons:
The building runs super warm even in winter, and when my AC broke it took over 2 months for my landlord to get it fixed.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are beyond helpful
Cons:
Nothing really. The heat was very hot in the winter time, but that’s standard for the city.
