Toni is none existent landlord -rude and doesn't help anyone

NONE - NO PARKING AT building and neighbors, landlord an abomination, Roach CIVILIZATION
Cons:
Landlord Toni is the biggest problem. He doesn't help anyone. He gets cursed out by tenants and they all say the same thing. THERE IS NO PARKING NO PARKING AT THE BUILDING OR AT THE STREETS!!!! There are so many roaches it's not possible to get ride of them in your apartment.
DO NOT MOVE INTO BUILDING.
