New corporate owners with no compassion for existing tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location - great neighborhood. Across from a park, near subway, lots of dining options nearby.
Cons:
No elevator, recently renovated (and destabilizing apartments) units at double what they were prior, using cheap materials and complete disregard for health/safety measures during construction.
Advice to owner:
Proper communication channels and updates for planned work being done.
