Small, noisy, bad management

Pros:
It’s clean and appliances are new. Location is great
Cons:
The apartment is not noise proof at all, we can hear our next door neighbors every conversation. During the winter, the boiler would make pipe clanging noises all night for weeks. Super drops by every month with a different excuse and tries to take photos. Management is terrible.
