Happy to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is very responsive and lives in building Laundry on site Neighbors are very friendly(well, almost all of them) Updated units Pet friendly Quiet building Close to train
Cons:
Management company do not take complaints seriously and are always raising rent. We used to have a company come in and clean the hallways but that hasn’t happened in a year. One tenant is a bizarre eye sore who tends to be in everyone’s business but everyone else is great and friendly
Advice to owner:
Bring back cleaning the hallways and don’t be so rude when tenants give feedback

Nice place quick response
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very little problems that aren't solved quickly. Super is responsive
Cons:
Landlord is not as responsive. Complaints to them can go unanswered. There seems to.be more quick fixes than per.anent solutions
