Decent but dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great.
Cons:
Poor building management. The building is typically very dirty. There is an alley in the back that is absolutely disgusting. The landlord and super are horrible. There is no help when you need it either. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in. Not only was it dirty, but the paint job was terrible and multiple areas required work and repairs that were never done. I don’t recommend this building.
Advice to owner:
Attend to your property and hire a super that knows what they’re doing.

Horrible landlord and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good sized apartments, fairly safe, can’t hear neighbors too much
Cons:
No help when you need it, dirty upon move-in, way too hot in winter, tiles falling apart, shotty paint jobs and flooring, no elevator, dirty alley
Advice to owner:
Hire a new super and actually be attentive to what is going on at your property.
