Horrible maintenance

Pros:
Next to Astoria Park, Next to the river, quiet neighborhood. Big apartments.
Cons:
Horrible maintenance work. I had problem with a cracked wall, they paint just this part after fix with other paint color shadow. I have problem with my buzzer, the electrician said that he can’t do nothing. I have problem with my radiator (loud hamer noise) they came to my place 4 times and said that need to be replace, guess what? Never replaced
