It’s fine if you have high tolerance
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is a pro I guess. It’s relatively quiet. Proximity to necessities. Neighbors all seem to get along fine. Nearby children’s park so you know there’s a lot of families in the area. Maintenance staff is very great and nice.
Cons:
Mice. Roaches. I don’t like the placement of trash in the streets. Just put they behind the fence between the buildings. But I understand also it’s meant for pick up but it’s nasty.
