It’s a place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to 7 train LIRR, and busses, neighbors are nice, along with neighborhood, building is always secure, and is currently going through renovations.
Cons:
There are roaches, and the apartment was sub par when revived. For this building being deeper into Queens the rent is very high for what you get
Advice to owner:
Clean the building.
