Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious 1 bedroom apartment and reasonable price.
Cons:
Floors always dirty. Garbage everywhere. The super is not responsive or helpful at that. Neighbors are so noisy and playing loud music late at night and banging on pipes unnecessarily.
Advice to owner:
We pay a lot more rent compared to tenants living there for a long time and we’re unable to live in peace and quiet.

Stay away from here
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros really- sad
Cons:
Loud, disruptive and ghetto people. No respect for others. Super is lazy and does mediocre job. Always dirty, no real clean up. Super doesn’t speak English and hard to communicate.
Advice to owner:
Hire people that do an adequate job at repairs. Report or get rid of tenants that are disruptive and rude.
