Avoid Crazy Neighbors and stupid board

Pros:
The building is old and desperately needs renovation, floor plans are horrible as well
Cons:
Very far from subways, elevator shut down for more than a month to renovate, roaches are your best friends
Advice to owner:
Your coop board sucks
