Management needs to change
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice and friendly most of the time.
Cons:
The superintendent is an asshole who wants to do nothing. When something is brought to his attention he directs you to someone else.
The contractors who come to fix buildings leave open holes if it interferes with their schedule, they don’t even cover it they just leave the job undone and it is hazardous to the tenants.
Advice to owner:
Change your management immediately. The well being of the tenants are at risk.
