Mediocre Care and Maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, especially ones that have been living there for decades. They will hold your packages and help out if needed.
Cons:
Very lazy about cleanliness. Hallway walls are dirty and are not maintained. Heat during the winter is almost non existent, only for 15 minutes in the early morning hours and again around Noon. A lot of tenants do not fumigate so you're stuck with trying to avoid roaches from coming into your apartment and must cover all holes even in the radiator, from preventing them from coming in from the walls.

Grew up here
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was many years ago but there were a lot of families back then there gave the building a very homey feeling.
Cons:
Apartments were usually stuffed with families. With there comes pests, smells etc.
