Good superintendent and staff maintaining the building
Cons:
Property owners are not responsive when contacted . Feels like Youre throwing communication out there and just have to hope for a reply someday.

Better communication and customer service needed

Pros:
Lived here for 1 year and loved it. -responsive live in super - clean building - friendly neighbors - in unit laundry - huge unit - quiet
Cons:
Far from Manhattan and train can be slow during night and weekend

None. Loved living here.
