Former Tenant
Pros:
clean and convenience to subway
Cons:
some tenants are really noise and always slam the door, even got the warning from management, but still not care. Tenants are quite noise, the wood floor always can hear the upstair tenants walking around all day long. Can smell marijuana in hallway sometimes. Got deliver parcel lost in building during holiday season.
Advice to owner:
reflect the issues to management and need them to improve. Especially security.
