Mgmt sucks !!!

Pros:
Quiet building. Quiet neighborhood.
Cons:
Laundry machines broken. Mgmt unresponsive. Elevator slow, gets stuck frequently. Leaks in apartments. Very thin walls.
Advice to owner:
Fix issues. Listen to tenants.
