Very BAD Place to live the church is a nightmare to live around
Former Tenant
Pros:
This Landlord is a Bad individual he has no place in ownership
Cons:
The Church that’s in the Commercial Space is a Nightmare they constantly break the law with the past 10 PM noise there constantly yelling and Screaming and have NO Respect for the Neighborhood or Neighbors they do what they constantly feel like cause there in Cahoots with the landlord and he’s as Crooked as they Are…
Advice to owner:

Noise pollution & No repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord takes the trash out to the street.
Cons:
The building is old and run down, the street gets a lot of trucks and loud vehicles due to auto repair shops on the street. The church next door has loud services in the week nights. Neighbors do not observe any quiet hours. Yelling and swearing can be heard all hours of the day. Repairs are not done, and landlord is hard to contact for improvements. Most appliances and amenities* listed in ad were not functional. Building has poor insulation so heat bill is really high.
Advice to owner:
Fix the doors. Fix the windows. Replace bathroom tub and put in smoke detector. Respond to tenant issues.
