Lack of upgrade

Pros:
Location is accessible to all public transportation and highways.
Cons:
Very dirty and unkept. Mildew on outside of building. Grounds not maintained. Hallways not sanitize, swept and mopped.
Advice to owner:
Maintenance is key to retaining better property value. There is no one being held accountable for their productivity or lack there of.
