Kaled management does not care about tenants

Pros:
Near the F train and pleasant neighborhood
Cons:
Roach infested, most of neighbors are great but if there is a tenant constantly making noise, or producing a toxic Oder that makes your living space unlivable, management does nothing about it. They will ignore your emails and calls. They will not let you leave early or work with you in any way. You have to tolerate any unexpected negatives that come with your apartment, and they will not care. Once lease is signed they ignore you.
Advice to owner:
It’s shameful how Justin treats tenants. I was here for 2 years and felt ignored every time I had an issue. We were ideal tenants, take amazing care of our unit, pay every month on time, and we’re treated like garbage can not wait to get out of here. Will never go back to a Kaled building.
