Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance, Laundry, Gym, and extermination
Cons:
They do a lot of work mainly on the pipes and having the water cut off from " 9-5" more like 9 am-7/8 pm is very inconvenient, Thee office people are very rude when you try to ask them questions.
Advice to owner:
Be more transparent with the tenants.
